How to submit proposals in an RFP (Request for Proposal)?

Step 1: Access the RFP
  • Open the invitation email you received.
  • Click the blue "Check Details & Accept Invitation" button.


  • You will be redirected to the RFP page.
📋 Step 2: Review & Accept
  • Carefully review all client details, requirements, and attachments (scope of work, terms, etc.).
  • To proceed, click the green "Accept" button, then click "Submit Offer".


💰 Step 3: Fill in & Attach Proposals.

A. Items Table
  • Clients sometimes require total commercial value
B. Attach Your Proposals (Required)
  • Commercial Proposal Section: Attach commercial proposal only (and any supporting documents if required).
  • Technical Proposal Section: Attach technical proposal only (and any supporting documents if required).
Step 4: Terms & Conditions


  • Currency: If multiple currencies are enabled, select the one usually used.
  • Delivery Time: Determine the firm date you can commit to.
  • Offer Validity: Select the expiration date of your offer
  • Payment Terms: total of both must be 100% (ex. 0% in advance, then 100% within 30 days).


✅ Step 5: Final Review & Submit
  • Double-check all entered prices, dates, attachments, and terms.
  • Click the blue "Submit Offer" button.
  • You will receive a confirmation that your RFP response has been submitted successfully.
